3 months. Renovation is estimated for 10 weeks so allowing you to see the entire span of the deal from end-to-end (initial transaction, renovation, and sale). Joint Venture Peer Program participants will meet at least six times throughout the project.

Sessions are normally held on Saturday mornings. There may be a limited number of times when a session occurs on a weekday if Dr. Joe deems that a particular renovation activity would add value to the learning experience. However, we do attempt to provide ample notice prior to an impromptu session.

You can pay in full @ $997 or via payment plan. The deposit fee is $250 to reserve your space and the remaining 3 payments will be made monthly.

Meetings will be virtual. There will be a few instances where site visits will be coordinated.

As part of a JV team, you will be able to document the project over time and reference the successful experience when you request funding for your own deals. You will also gain access to Dr. Joe’s team of lenders, realtors, contractors and other subject matter experts.
